I always thought that the cultural, rather than politicians offer better conditions to carry out dialogues, debates and agreements citizens. The experience called "The Skin of Memory" seems worthy of being highlighted, as was a community public art project for the reconciliation of the inhabitants of the city of Medellin, after family breakdown and social losses caused by the narco.
The project was framed within the Medellin, Barcelona Chair, an initiative promoted by the Foundation in 2009 Kreanta within its international cooperation program with Colombia .
I'm excited to think that this project can serve as guidelines for others here in Venezuela, which include the rescue of the photographic archives.
